Rules and Regulations - Villa Eden Hills

1. All the indoor areas are fumigated with disinfecants for your safety. Please help us keep the area hygienic at all times.

2. Check-in is between 12 noon – 1pm & checkout is strictly at 11.00 am.

3. Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the house. Mini bar is available for drinks. Consumption of any narcotics substance is strictly prohibited in all parts of the premises.

4. Smoking, drinking, and eating are strictly prohibited inside the swimming pool.

5. There are occasional power outages of MSEB. However, we have an inverter back up for your comfort. AC will not work on inverter.

6. You are requested not to spit in open area and littering is strictly prohibited. Please help us keep the premises clean.

7. We request you to keep the noise/ music low after 11.00 pm so that the serenity and peace of the neighborhood is maintained.

8. Guests are kindly advised that use of the swimming pool is at their own discretion. management is unable to take responsibility for any injuries.

9. Please be gentle and respectful towards the furniture & other belongings on the premises, any damage to the same will be charged appropriately from the customer.

10. Locks are provided for all wardrobes; you are requested to lock them while stepping out. The villa will not be responsible for your lost items.

11. The caretaker is available in the villa between 8.00 am to 10.00 pm to help you to make your stay comfortable. We expect your communication respectful.

12. We provide clean linen, Towels for guests, hand wash is provided, shower gel available, toothpaste available.

13. Guests are requested not to throw or flush tissue papers, sanitary napkins, baby diapers Etc as it may choke the sewer line.

14. There are 4 home-cooked meal options available; lunch, high tea, dinner, breakfast next day. Extra meals other than the ones offered are charged separately.

15. Barbeque available on demand (charged separately).

16. We advise you to wear footwear while roaming outdoor areas as the surrounding area is thickly forested.

17. We advise you to keep bedroom windows closed during nights to avoid natural creatures creeping inside.

18. We request you leave the place in the most proper condition while checking out.
